The project was broken down into phases allowing two separate
teams to work in tandem one team removing the licensed materials
and the second team removing the non-licensed materials, this allowing
a smooth and seamless flow to completion.

• To remove and dispose of asbestos insulation residue circa 1m2 to L02.
• To remove and dispose of asbestos thermal insulation residue to pipework
<0.5Lm to L02.
• To remove and dispose of M.M.M.F insulation circa 104m2 as contaminated
waste to L02.
• To remove and dispose of M.M.M.F pipe insulation circa 30Lm as
contaminated waste to L02.
• To carry out a fine clean circa 104m2 L02.
• To remove and dispose of asbestos thermal insulation debris circa 0.5m2
within wall penetration to L07.
• To remove and dispose of M.M.M.F insulation circa 104m2 as contaminated
waste to L07.
• To remove and dispose of M.M.M.F pipe insulation circa 30Lm as
contaminated waste to L07.
• To carry out a fine clean circa 104m2 L07.
• To remove and dispose of asbestos thermal insulation <0.5m2 to timber beam
within L05/6.

The project was completed on time and within budget and our client was fully
